MalvaModels.com only collects personally identifying information with your specific knowledge and consent. For instance, when you fill in and submit our Contact Form. All information submitted using our Registration Form or sent to our email addresses are contained on a secure server and encrypted for your privacy and safety.

HOW MALVAMODELS.COM USES INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

MalvaModels.com uses information provided by you for the services you have requested. When you sign contract, your photos, stats, and location will be available to MalvaModels.com staff, agents and scouts from international modeling agencies, and others to review. You may specify who is able to review your information by setting the privacy levels inside your account. For example, you may set your privacy so that a) only agents and scouts, or b) agents, scouts and other model members, or c) agents, scouts, model members and the general public can view your photos, stats, and location.

Agents and scouts interested in contacting you will do so by clicking a contact button that they see on their account page. After they click the contact button, our system will send you an email. At no time, do we reveal your email address, phone number or any other contact information to anyone. If you choose to reply to the email the agent or scout has sent you, then your email address will be visible to them in your reply email. If you prefer not to have your email revealed in your reply email, please contact MalvaModels.com so that we may act as a liaison between you and the agent.

SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS

MalvaModels.com allows you to add links on your model profile page to your personal social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. MalvaModels.com has no jurisdiction or control over people who contact you from outside of our platform or from your social media accounts.

WE NEVER SELL, RENT or SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
